Bianca, head of True Designs, has transformed her career path into one that leads straight to home. Yours. A strong believer in getting to know the heart of each of her clients, Bianca designs with your unique lifestyle in mind.
Born in Brazil and educated in New York, Bianca brings character, charm, and a global vision to your residential project. She invites the outdoors in with intimate nooks, and forward-thinking finishes.

Marina Bossle
Junior Designer
With a creative eye and strong attention to detail, Nina brings a fresh perspective to the studio. From concept through installation, she works alongside our design team, bringing a thoughtful and collaborative approach to each project.
Nina supports the design process by sourcing furniture and materials, preparing presentations, coordinating selections, and helping manage the many moving parts that bring our designs to life.
Fernanda Bolognini
Technical Designer
While presently contributing to each project's creative development. Fernanda is responsible to translate and ensure that our clients and collaborators understand the vision and ideas for each project with a clear and communicative approach.
Her clever eye and technical skills ensure that our project's precision and authentic decisions are met and that all teams are on the same page with each unique desired outcome.
Rio
VP of Naps & Snacks
As VP of Naps & Snacks, Rio takes his role at True Designs very seriously. From supervising the studio between naps to making sure no snack goes unnoticed, he brings a calm presence, good energy, and plenty of personality to the team. His main responsibilities include greeting visitors, keeping an eye on lunch breaks, and making sure the studio is always a happy place to be.
